1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases:

✔ Product received in defective or damaged condition

If the item you receive is damaged, defective, torn, stained, or not usable, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

✔ Damage during shipment

If the product gets damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund after verification.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
    • The video must show the complete packet from all sides, the shipping label, and the full unboxing process without cuts.

Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot approve refunds or returns.

3. Return, Exchange & Refund Process

Once you submit the unboxing video and details:

  1. Our team will verify the video and product condition.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  3. Refund will be sent to your original payment method (via Razorpay or bank transfer).
  4. If replacement is requested, we will ship a new product after verification.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any quality or damage-related claims

Each order is eligible for maximum two exchanges only.

Exchange Process

  1. Share unboxing video and clear product photos within 48 hours

  2. Our team will verify and approve the exchange

  3. Pickup will be scheduled

  4. Replacement will be dispatched after product inspection

  5. Delivery timeline: 7–12 working days

⚠ Important Notes

• Custom-stitched / altered products are not eligible
• Minor color variations due to lighting are not considered defects
• Any signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage will void exchange eligibility

 

4. Non-Eligible Situations (No Return / No Refund)

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in these cases:

  • No unboxing video or incomplete video
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after order delivery
  • Product worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Customized or altered products

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Refund for canceled orders (if any) will be processed within 7–15 days.
