1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases:
✔ Product received in defective or damaged condition
If the item you receive is damaged, defective, torn, stained, or not usable, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
✔ Damage during shipment
If the product gets damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund after verification.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund, customers must follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
- The video must show the complete packet from all sides, the shipping label, and the full unboxing process without cuts.
- Share the unboxing video with us on:
Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot approve refunds or returns.
3. Return, Exchange & Refund Process
Once you submit the unboxing video and details:
- Our team will verify the video and product condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refund will be sent to your original payment method (via Razorpay or bank transfer).
- If replacement is requested, we will ship a new product after verification.

• Custom-stitched / altered products are not eligible
• Minor color variations due to lighting are not considered defects
• Any signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage will void exchange eligibility
4. Non-Eligible Situations (No Return / No Refund)
We do not accept returns or provide refunds in these cases:
- No unboxing video or incomplete video
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after order delivery
- Product worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Customized or altered products
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Refund for canceled orders (if any) will be processed within 7–15 days.
